Terms and Conditions

Please carefully review the following terms and conditions, as they apply to all bookings and transactions with AmTech Learning. By completing the registration process or engaging in any transaction with AmTech Learning, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.


Payment Terms: Upon submission of the registration form, full payment is due within 5 business days from the date of the invoice. Payment can be made via credit card, purchase order (for corporate entities and government bodies), or any other approved means. Transactions not completed through credit card or purchase order will be subject to a processing fee of 200 (plus applicable taxes) per delegate. Admission to any event is contingent upon the receipt of payment prior to the conference date.


Cancellation, Postponement, and Substitution Policy: Substitution: Delegates can be substituted at any time with reasonable advance notice to Amtech Learning.


Cancellations: Cancellations received in writing at least eight (8) days prior to the conference will result in a 90% credit applicable to another Amtech Learning event within one year from the date of credit issuance.
An administration fee of 10% of the contract fee will be retained for all permitted cancellations.
No credit will be issued for cancellations within seven (7) days (inclusive) of the conference.


Event Cancellation by Amtech Learning: In the event of Amtech Learning canceling an event, a 100% credit of the contract fee will be issued. This credit can be used for another Amtech Learning event within one year from the date of cancellation.


Event Postponement by Amtech Learning: If Amtech Learning postpones an event, and the delegate is unable or unwilling to attend on the rescheduled date, a 100% credit of the contract fee will be provided. The credit can be used for another Amtech Learning event within one year from the date of postponement.


No Refunds: Except as explicitly stated above, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.


Force Majeure: Amtech Learning is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from substitutions, alterations, or cancellation/postponement of an event due to unforeseen events, Acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond our control.


Speaker and Topic Changes: While Amtech Learning aims to maintain confirmed speakers and topics, circumstances beyond our control may necessitate substitutions, alterations, or cancellations. In such cases, Amtech Learning reserves the right to modify speakers and topics without any liability to the participant. Any changes will be promptly updated on our website.


Discounts: All 'Early Bird' discounts require payment at the time of registration and before the specified cut-off date to be eligible. Any discounts, including team discounts, offered by Amtech Learning must also be paid at the time of registration and cannot be combined with other offers.


By engaging in any transaction with Amtech Learning, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. Amtech Learning reserves the right to modify these terms as needed, with any updates being effective upon posting on our website.
